申請人個人簡歷（18周歲至今，要求年份和月份之間連續）。

2.ForeignlanguagematerialsshallbetranslatedintoChineseandstampedwiththeofficialsealofthetranslationcompany.
2.外文材料需譯成中文，并在翻譯件上加蓋翻譯公司公章。
